Policies

Cancellation requests received 24 hours or more in advance of a scheduled session will receive a full refund.

There is a $20 fee for an appointment that the student does not show up for. Tutors will text and email before the fee is charged to confirm the student is not coming.

Requests to reschedule a session will be accommodated in the order they are received.
